JJICL Static Constant Loading Tester for Thermoplastic Manhole
Overview
JJICL Static constant loading tester is mainly used to determine the resistance to the axial static constant load of plastic manhole. At the same time, it is also suitable for the measurement of ring stiffness, flat test, ring softness test and other compression tests of thermoplastic pipes. It is a necessary testing instrument for scientific research institutes, quality inspection departments, pipe materials and pipe fittings manufacturers.
A constant force is steadily loaded on the axial direction of the manhole for the specified time, when test is finished, observing the sample appearance (deformation, collapse, crack or crazing), determine the deformation in axial direction and calculate the deformation ratio of manhole.
It is mainly provided with load power by precision controlled hydraulic system. Through high-speed data acquisition and processing system and advanced control algorithm, it can carry out high-speed full closed-loop control on physical quantities such as force, deformation and displacement, and can realize various control modes such as constant stress rate, constant load, constant strain rate, constant speed and constant deformation, so as to meet different test requirements.
